How it works

Reserve, confirm, and ship — in three steps.

Reserve your dress

Before or during the LIVE, let us know which dress you'd like to purchase. To reserve it, we'll ask for a 50% deposit. Once received, the dress is placed on hold exclusively for you.

Confirm your order

We'll confirm your measurements, collect your shipping address, and make sure the dress is the right fit before finalizing your order.

Complete payment & shipping

Once everything is confirmed, you'll pay the remaining balance plus shipping. We'll then dispatch your dress and send you a tracking number.

Payment

To reserve your dress: 50% deposit

Final payment: Remaining balance + shipping (after measurements and shipping details are confirmed)
