We'll email you to confirm your payment method, send you our measuring guide, and request a few full-body photos — these help us make sure your dress fits and flatters you perfectly. Once we have your measurements, photos and 20% deposit, we begin your design.
What payment methods do you accept?
Direct bank transfer, which we recommend, or PayPal. PayPal payments include an added 20% transaction fee to cover processing costs, so bank transfer works out better value for you.
How does payment work?
Payment is split into three parts: 20% once you've submitted your measurements, photos and confirmed your order; 50% once you approve the design and fabric selection; and a final 30% plus shipping once you approve your dress's final photos, just before it ships.
How long does it take?
Completion takes approximately 4.5 months. Within the first month we confirm your design, measurements and fabrics; at month 3 you'll receive a photo update of your finished dress; and a final round of photos is sent for your approval just before shipping.
Do I have to approve anything before it ships?
Yes. You'll review and approve photos at the month 3 update and again after any final fixes, right before your dress ships. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
When is shipping cost added?
Shipping is quoted specifically for your address after your final photos are approved, and is paid together with your final 30% payment.
Do I need my exact measurements to order?
Not to start — just pick the closest size from the dropdown (US 00–20 / EU 30–52), based on your normal clothing size, along with your height and shoe heel height. That's only used to get you an accurate price. Once you confirm your order, we'll email you a measuring guide so you can submit your exact measurements — your dress is made to those exact measurements, not to standard sizing.
